职位描述
JOB OBJECTIVE
The Sample Coordinator will be responsible for assisting Product Development Manager to execute sampling activities among designated factories. Follow up on sample spec with factory, maintain sample schedule for each banner and factory. Work with material supplier and factory to make sure spec meets our standard.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
? Communicate with Head Office to clarify sample specification, and make sure factory receive sample detail and execute correctly.
? Coordinate with PD and technician to provide feedback to factory on sample aesthetic, fitting comments and make sure correction is executed.
? Build and maintain sample tracking system (picture, schedule) by factory by brand
? Conduct sample shipment, communicate with Corporate team, provide feedback to facory.
? Coordinate with SPP team and factory to make sure order receive in time, po detail is accuracy, i.e. style number, material, packing detail, FC, quantity, COO, shipping port.
? Preliminary factory visit and information collection, factory data base maintenance.
? Work with Material team and factory to make sure getting the correct material or finding substitute material to execute sample in timely manner.
Key requirement:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field.
? 2~3 years in the areas of factory or trading company, product development, pricing or production management; preferably from the footwear.
? Strong analytical skills, prudent and sensitive on numbers.
? Dynamic personality, comfortable with working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
? Multi-tasking.
? Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
? Speak both Mandarin and English fluently, additional language is plus.
? Ability to travel independently in China
