General Overview
概述

As the key link between the ALDO Group’s buying and supply chain teams, the Purchase Order Management department serves as the company’s primary point of entry and delivery follow up. Members of the department work closely with the suppliers on a daily basis and act as a liaison between the suppliers, the Buying team and the freight forwarders.
ALDO Group订单部和供应链之间的主要联系人，做为公司代表跟进订单并跟踪交期运输，紧密联系供应商，作为供应商和订单部，及运输安排的联系人。

Key Responsibilities
主要职责

? Support the Buying team through PO deliveries and confirmations
通过订单交货安排确认支持订单部的工作
? Responsible for the majority of communication with suppliers when it comes time to confirm the deliveries.
当需要确认交期时，负责和供应商沟通
? Manage and coordinate purchase order process with suppliers Perform delivery
管理调整订单 ，跟进供应商相关生产及交期
? follow-up with suppliers and coordinate deliveries with freight forwarders
跟进供应商，和货代协调交期
? Perform data entry and keep the information on the system updated.
数据输入，保证系统信息及时更新
? Coordinate with Finance department to resolve pricing discrepancies
和财务部门协调价格差异
? Follow up with suppliers and forwarders on deliveries
在运输及交期方面跟进供应商和货代
? Work closely with freight forwarders and customs ( International and local )
紧密联系货代和海关事宜（国际及本地）
? Daily communication with our DC and our logistics department.
仓库和内部物流部的日常联络



Key Requirements
职位要求
? College or university degree 大专及以上学历
? 1-2 years of similar experience 1-2年类似工作经验
? Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn 积极的学习态度
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize 能同时处理几项工作，分清优先等级
? Good understanding and application of operating processes 跟单程序的良好理解能力
? Able to work in a high pressure environment 能承受较大的工作压力
? Basic computer skills including Word & Excel 基本的电脑技能，word & Excel
? Spoken and written English skills are mandatory 英语口语及书面能力良好
