Job description:
?Examines plans and specifications for new machinery or equipment to determine if all healthy, safety and environmental precautions have been included.
?Tours plant to inspect environmental, health and safety equipment, machinery and facilities to identify and correct potential hazards and ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
?Determines requirements for safety clothing and devices, and designs, builds and installs or directs installation of safety devices on machinery.
?Conducts or coordinates environmental, health and safety training to educate workers about emergency response, safety policies, laws and practices.
?Investigates industrial accidents to minimize recurrence and prepares accident reports.
?Conducts air quality and wastes tests for presence of harmful gases and vapors.
?Responsible for identifying environmental, health and safety hazards and recommending corrective actions.
?Serves as internal consultant to business units on ergonomics, hazardous materials, industrial hygiene and fire and chemical safety matters.
?Audits business units.
?Interfaces with outside vendors, contractors and engineers regarding facilities, chemicals and other workplace health and safety related matters.
?Compiles and submits safety reports, environmental data on a monthly basis into Flextronics on-line tool.
?Monitor and drive supplier provide MSDS for each chemical materials input.
?Conduct regular environmental, health and safety management review and committee meeting.
?Collect and analyze information to support business unit environmental, health and safety continue improvement process.
?Conduct regular risk assessment to minimize business unit risk exposure and continue improvement in their respective area of expertise.

Job Requirement:
?Bachelor degree in Environment management, Safety engineering or Chemistry is preferred.
?Be familiar with ISO14001, OHSAS18001.
?Minimum 6 years EHS work experiences, Minimum two years EHS management experience.
?Fluent written English
?Able to work under pressure and willing to accept challenge
?Logical sense and problem solving technique required
?Good team player and excellence in leadership
