A German Auto Chassis and Engine Components Supplier

Salary:

Reporting to:

Operation Manager

Travelling:

Upon work requirements

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and execute maintenance strategy and plan to ensure availability of machines and facilities

+ Ensure continuous fact-based performance improvement to support business

+ Ensure maintenance resources plan in line with overall demand in terms of team scale and competence

+ Manage customer satisfaction

+ Identify supplier and structure service agreement in coordination with purchasing

+ Ensure the action of subordinates and sub-contractors in line with ESH regulation.
Conduct maintenance

Requirements:

+ Knowledge and experience on electrical power supply and industrial automation (SIEMENS PLC S7 300, S7 400, SINUMERIC 840D)

+ Ability to source the market for proper services and spare parts

+ Experience with preventive maintenance system

+ Rich knowledge and hands on experience on TPM implementation

+ More than 5 years of related experience, manufacturing environment with team management responsibilities
