Job Scope:
Provide HR support for organization in respect of Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Performance, Employee Relationship, etc.
Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
Have a clearly orientation and training process for employees to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
Maintain positive employee relationship within company by assisting management in resolving employee relations and communication issues.
Setting up good family team for employee and activities.
Responsible for monthly HR data collection and to ensure different reports be completed and submitted in a timely.
Other tasks assigned by HR Leader
Requirement:？
Be familiar with the procedure of staffing, training, remuneration and performance evaluation
Understanding of new labor law at an operating level.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Good English skills.
Be good at communication & interpersonal skill.
Familiar with MS office, like PowerPoint, word, etc
