Job Qualification:
1.At least 5 years (Buyer) of progressive experiences in supply management, preferably in similar industry working as a Buyer / Sourcing agent within a Mid / Large-sized manufacturing organization and/or company;
2.At least 5 years experience of the supplier panel management including supplier strategy driving and relationship maintenance.
3.Proven track record of participating in a cross-function/ cross-factory /cross-country purchasing / improvement project and,
4.Good presentation and communication skills. This position has to work closely with people from different prospective, sales team and other functional colleague globally.
5.Good analysis and negotiation skill.
6.Able to work under pressure.
7.Well-developed written and verbal skills in English.

Job Description:
1.Developing and Sourcing of New Product / New Supplier to support the company's Business objectives.
2.Executing / implementing the Supplier Management activities which include to liaise and coordinate with internal key stakeholders to oversee the smooth-running of the whole sourcing process including RFQ, Samples arrangements, product development, communication, supplier evaluation/audit, supplier selection, price negotiations and finalize supplier agreement/contract.
3.The candidate need to have a good understanding of the assigned commodity / category in terms of functional requirements, technical specifications, supply market and cost targets and Drive Operational purchasing excellence for assigned materials/components/ products and/or suppliers and ensure full compliance with purchasing reporting, procedures and guidelines
4.Managing the relationship for all New and Existing Suppliers which include lead time, payment terms, capacity allocation, pricing and resource allocation among others to ensure reliable service, quality and low-cost procurement.
5.Ensure the supply of the right quality materials in time and against the lowest cost from sustainable suppliers for products within the contracts defined by OSM.
6.Work closely with Operation Team, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality and Developments and other functions and drive structured problem solving and improvement actions when required.
7.Execute strategic cost projects and also participated in local cross-functional improvement projects.
8.Collect feedback on the supplier performance and report to the management teams. Where needed, the candidate will take lead in improving supplier performance working though the supplier development teams.
