RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Define process flow chart and control plan as well as the process and quality documentation.

2.Product / process support to manufacturing product quality, experiment making on marginal product or non- conforming materials.

3.Process or technical training to operators to make them better understand the importance of the quality and process.

4.Develop expertise in process equipment design and capability.

5.Introduce and implement new or modified process technologies.

6.Procide daily support to production operation,for machine trouble shooting,and quality issue analysis,and drive for higher yield and safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Typically a bachelor's degree in mechanical / manufacturing engineering from an accredited college or university.

2.Typically more than 3 years of experiences preferably in manufacturing from an accredited college or university.

3.Ability to apply related knowledge and skills to improve process and quality.

4.Knowledge of products and understanding of process.

5.Ability to express ideas both in written and oral communication(English and Chinese).

6.Computer skills, Word, Excel, Power Point...

7.Good cross-functional communication and team spirit.

8.Self motivated and ability to work under high pressure.

9.Familiar in applying problem soving skills; knowledge of six sigma and Lean Management will be a plus to this position.

·工时安排： 5天8小时工作制
