职位描述

Duties and Responsibilities:
1/ Manage and operate company's loyalty program including both recruitment and retention, Maintain current member's loyalty and satisfaction level and ensure the CRM KPIs are achieved in positive trends and ensure the related CRM strategy implementations.
2/ Develop company's CRM strategies basing on SEPHORA global CRM strategy and findings of China customer behavior and market trends.
3/ Based on analysis, design and organize CRM campaigns to generate high customer response and additional margin.
4/ Manage and control the CRM budget, and ensure the ROI and profitability of CRM operations are forecasted and achieved.
5/ Oversee the generation of regular CRM reports to provide analysis and insights for company's business expansion.
6/ Manage an internal CRM team and external CRM vendors to deliver effective and efficient CRM operations.
7/ Work closely with IT Team and other internal teams to develop the CRM IT infrastructure, ensuring the adequate establishment and operation of required CRM-related IT functions.


Qualifications:
1/ Minimum 5 years of relevant CRM experience, ideally from retailing industry/CRM agency, with a sound understanding and experience of loyalty program and CRM tools.
2/ Strategic thinking. Able to see into future and anticipate the trends, and create CRM strategies and plans accordingly.
3/ Strong analytical mind. Able to read behind figures and identify business opportunities and area of improvement.
4/ Proven expertise in direct marketing, and be effective and creative in both campaign organization and target customer communication via EDM, SMS, DM, online and etc.
5/ Able to take initiatives and make things done independently.
6/ An effective leader in team management and motivation. Previous experience in CRM vendor management preferred.
7/ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8/ Fluent English speaking and writing.
