Position : 质量管理/测试工程师(Toy QA/QC工程师)

Responsibilities:
* Perform the daily inspection according to company's standard operating procedure on materials, finished products and manufacturing process
*Working in the operation team for development based projects and production control and monitor.
*To coordinate on new and existing product for submission testing issue with third party Certificate laboratory testing on product testing to ensure compliance for legal & safety.
*Analyze new and changed functionality and prepare test cases, data and expected answers for testing to be carried out to ensure that the development is tested to the agreed level.
*Assist other members of the team with running tests and perform investigation for trouble shooting.
*To gather the product specification & quality test Plan accordingly
*To coordinate quality issue with manufacturer to resolve any quality issue identified and drive for improvement
*Act as support to project team for production monitor and report control ensures all product validation.
* Flexibility to changing objectives
*To prepare QA related documentation
*Review technical documents regarding manufacturing risk and to identify potential improvements
- Make a record over inspection result and make a monthly follow up and report on supplier performance according to defined goals (inspections)
- Take part in (or responsible) for performance review of supplier and request actions and make follow up on action plans.


Requirement:
* At least 5 years related working experience on QA/QC field in field related to Quality Assurance/Inspection/Testing for Toys? Computer software on, MS Office,
* Understanding for reading technical drawing? Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese,
* Knowledge of product testing requirement understanding, preferred EN71, EN2009/48/EC, REACH, ASTM,
* Minimum College or above Graduation
* Strong sense of responsibility.
