- Manage and develop the relationship

- Work out and sell in annual joint customer business plan
- Execute the plan, monitor and review
- Facilitate cross function to ensure operation efficiency to delivery perfect executions
- Provide customer and channel understanding
- Manage the customer P&L
- Negotiate trade terms and trade funding
- Manages customer operations
