Responsibilities:
1. Technical supports for distributors and clients.
2. Technically assist the operation.
3. Follow up according to the clients' needs.
4. Cooperates marketing team with clinical trials.
5. Calls on current and potential clients in the region.
6. Responds quickly to client questions and needs and resolve client issues.
7. Uses best business practices to ensure success in areas of responsibility.
8. Provides distributors with the training on technical supports, sciences and products.
9. Keep customers informed on new products, pricing, changes, etc.
10. Utilizes all services provided by BIOTRONIK to increase sales, such as (1) corporate physician visitation, (2) advanced device, technology and therapy programs, (3) corporate executive visits, and (4) local sales management.
11. Identifies and builds strong and lasting business relationships with all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic) key opinion leaders and key referrals in all accounts.
12. Coordinates with distributors on the execution of sales plans and programs.
13. Maintains a high degree of ability in analyzing patient problems and adjusting BIOTRONIK products to resolve those problems.
14. Maintains and acquires new product, technology, market, sales tool and process knowledge.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background:
—Degree in Life-science, Biology, clinical medicine, pharmacy, Engineering or another relevant degree.
2. Skills & Competencies:
