Responsibilities:

· Responsible for planning & conducting the regular maintenance of compressed air system, electric system, air conditioners, forklifts, elevators and repairs on buildings (includes floor/ceiling/wall/roof in good shape) as per EHS requirements.

· Responsible for the renovation and expansion of the factory, transfer of production lines.

· Work with the production department to source the equipment as required.

· Responsible for the management of utilities consumption, cost saving of water, gas and electrical power.

· Keep good relationship with local government authorities in a bid to make the company facility utilizing practice in compliance with the relevant local rules & regulations.

· Accountable for 5S management.

· Lead the development of and provide leadership to achieve factory’s environment, health, safety (EHS) policy, goals and objectives with functions at the factory in order to ensure / improve overall EHS performance.

· Manage overall environmental programs to ensure that all aspects of environmental permitting system are in compliance.

· Coordinate safety incident investigations and work closely with painting line and function managers to complete thorough investigations, identify root causes and ensure timely corrective actions.

· Prepare required EHS reports, analyze behavior-based safety audits, first aid cases, near misses and accidents, to identify trends and opportunities, and make recommendations to improve safety performance.

· Liaison with external Regulatory agencies & Corporate EHS Operations team as required for implementation of new programs, network meetings and factory audits.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree of engineering or civil engineering.

· At least 5 years professional experience in Facilty and EHS related area and 2 years above supervisory experience.

· Good communication and negotiation skills.

· Problem solving & analytical.

· Skillful use of AUTOCAD and PC Software.

· Fluent in English & Mandarin.
