QA Supervisor-Hygienist 质检主管-卫生师

Requirement:
? BA in Food Science or Chemistry preferred
? At least 2 years QA, or GMP compliance implementation, or production experience in Food plant with ISO/HACCP/GMP implementation experience
? Fluent in English, reading and writing
? Proficient to work with MS Office application software
? Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills essential
? Excellent problem solving skills and willing to work under pressure.

Job Description:
? Conduct training and develop training programs (GMP/GHP, Foreign body, HACCP, Cleaning, Zoning etc.)
? Conduct and supervise plant GMP to ensure Neslte Quality System effectively implementation.
? Support HACCP team to ensure establishing, implement, maintain and update FSMS.
? Pathogen monitoring to establish the sampling plan.
? CIP & COP validation and improve cleaning SOP and supervise it effectively implementation.
? In charge of lead and push responsible department to do process/production nonconformity issue analysis and audit the implementation of corrective and preventive action.
? In charge of the quality issue about the qualification and validation of new equipment installation and equipment modification and other process change.
? Take charge of Factory Pest Control to supervise the contractor's performance and FB prevention.
