Job description:

Complete production tasks meeting cost, time and quality requirement
Prepare and coordinate production plan execution according to market request, capacity and inventory
Recommend improvement projects in layout, process, manpower etc for further improvements
Effectively use manpower, equipment and materials to improve production productivity
Ensure quality control on production activities.
Focus on safety, keep high standard of 5S along the production line.
Develop, motivate, train, educate and appreciate team employees.
Other responsibilities / projects which assigned by general manager

Request on background:

At least 10 years manufacturing management experience in mechanical industry,
5 years manager level experience.
Lean manufacturing knowledge and practice will be more preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Familiar with Office software
Proactive, task and customer driven, can work under multi task and presure.
