Job Descripation:

1. Assist Manager in managing Great China business, communicate and interact with the agent Licensees through regular emails, phone conversations and meetings. Chasing royalty reports, payments and contract processing.

2. Assist to prepare business proposals, pitching materials. Maintain follow-up works. Manage and maintain sales reports, licensee contract reports.

3. Communicate between E & L team and agent or licensees. Help licensees go through the whole approval process. Manage summary and report about development products.

4. Provide support to marketing events and planning for licensing conferences. Communicate between Hasbro and licensees to help licensees planning on marketing events.

Requirement：

1. Welcome fresh graduated students.

2. Good PC skills, computerized accounting system

3. Comfortable operating in a quick paced, changing environment.

4. Detail minded, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks executed on time.

5. Executes to high standards of quality and accuracy.

6. Manages multiple priorities and tight deadlines independently
