Responsibilities:
·Help to solve customer issues when they are using Ercom’s product;
·Collect customer’s feedback on usage of Mobipass;
·Install HW/SW for new customer in Korea;
·Deliver training content to customers to make sure they can use it easily;
·Report and debug Ercom product and test issues with other team; members under the support of local and global R&D teams;
·Be responsible for liaison with Ercom headquarters’ team, report weekly progress on Korea;
·Support or participate in APAC area trial activities together with other global teams;

Requirements:
·Strong knowledge of 3GPP protocols, especially LTE protocols like S1, X2, NAS, PDCP, RRC, RLC, MAC, PHY;
·Physical layer protocol both on LTE FDD/TDD is required; Experience on mobile terminal chipset development/test is preferred;
·Familiar with Unix/Linux operation and scripting, like TTCN;
·Deep understanding on TCP/IP network knowledge;
·Strong communication skill both in Korean and English, esp. excellent Korean conversational and communication skills;
·Strong E2E analytical and troubleshooting skills;
·At least 3 year experience with 2G/3G/LTE lab or field test;
·BS or MS in Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering and/or equivalent work experience;
·International work experience preferred;
