Special Recruiting Officer-高级招聘顾问
Job Description:
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Manage local job postings and sourcing platforms
- Ensure our department is functional and operating accordingly fulfilling all requirements
- Publish job openings
- Source CVs and applicants through different platforms/channels
- Manage applications and communicate with applicants, interviewees and employees
- Interview, Recruit and onboard staff
- Administrative work
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong English skills, native, or near native level
- +2 years experience in recruiting locals AND foreigners.
- Living in Beijing for long term
- Comfortable working online and via phone
- Comfortable with flexible working schedules and overtime
- Professional in manner and presentation
