职位描述
1. 美国知名地产开发商 大型商业综合项目 薪资丰厚 compliance manager 合规经理

3. responsibility：
Based on the company’s strategy, establish company’s compliance system, process and tools: Guideline, process, daily routine on compliance and internal investigation for Business Development, Project Development and Property Management phases. Strategy and guideline for how to select/work together with external resources. Annul regular on spot audit/investigation plan.
Act as key coordinator of the company, organize and coordinate both internal and external resources to implement compliance systems, process and tools.
Work together with relevant functions for action plan and follow up of each audit/investigation, reporting the result to company’s management group.
Continually identify activities subject to compliance coverage and assess the degree of risk inherent in the activity.
Advise all relevant functions regarding the adequacy of policy, procedures and appropriate controls.
Deliver all Compliance Training and Orientations to improve the compliance culture.
Any other tasks assigned by line manager or company management group.
- Good knowledge on the methodology & SOW of the compliance and investigation management for multinational companies. - 10+ years of solid risk assessment, investigation management experiences. Real estate industry is a plus.- Strong self-motivation and dependable in achieving goals.- Strong organizational skill, attention to detail and skill to set priorities.- Work effectively both as a team member and independently.- Diplomatic and effective communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal.- Good planning and execution capability and interpersonal skills.- Highly effective in promoting a positive, productive work environment
