职位描述：

Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities include coordinating correspondence with international patent departments and outside firms; interfacing with internal clients; maintaining attorney's work dockets; keeping records; preparing formal documents in patent filing and prosecution; searching and retrieving patents and related documents; carrying out legal research under supervision, and other relevant duties as needed.

Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of working experience in patent administration is preferred, either in a law firm or corporation.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Sciences, or Law. Master’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, both in speaking and writing.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office and web-based searches.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about learning IP Law and a team player.
