PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: |
Recruitment 1. Recruitment requirements collection & analysis 2. resume collection and screening, interview arrangement 3. External Recruitment Channels Administration 4. Personnel Information Filing Administration for TSCN HR Tools & Process for TSCN (ALPS-People Soft Data Base) 1. Maintain, monitor and manage the ALPS system for TSCN; 2. Conduct ALPS training for TSCN employees on ALPS practice; 3. Communicate with country/TS global level for Tools & process administration; 4. ALPS reports management and ALPs audit to ensure data accuracy and veracity; 5. Overall People Management Cycle coordination and administration including data inputs, checking, tracking and etc; Performance Management 1. Support & follow up on all objective setting, performance evaluation & improvement actions, periodic reviews, and development plan status; 2. Support & follow up on know-how assessment; 3. Support & follow up for annual People Review process. 4. Supports on all Labour Disputes activities; 5. Overall contract management including JD updates and filing. Training Coordination 1. Collect and Monitor employee training plans by developing & issuing Annual Training Calendar; 2. Monitor the Training implementation including coordination for all training sourcing activities; 3. Support on all training payments; 4. Employee orientation implementation & follow up. C& B 1. Support on Offer process under instruction of the responsible recruiter; including communication & updates to related HR parties; 2. Timesheet management, including Overtime tracking and arrangements; 3. Headcount management including HC updates, tracking reports and filing by required format, frequency and delivery dates. Expats & overseas assignments (LTAP/STAP) Management 1. Maintain LTAP/STAP files; 2. Work with Shared Service HR regarding LTAP/STAP issues, e.g. e-leave management; 3. Related payment arrangements & coordination. Employee Relationship Management & HR Supports Support on all ER issues and responsible for tasks, assignments or projects based on the instruction of HRD. E.g. Cooperate with HK HR for all co-unit work/ reports. |
