Responsibilities:

· recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, qualified candidate selection, offer generation

· Work closely with hiring mangers on staffing plans

· Manage recruitment vendors and cooperated with them on candidate selection

· Manage recruitment cycle and quality

Qualification:

· University Degree, major in Human Resources Management preferred

· Minimum 5 years recruiting experience, preferably gained from multinational companies

· Previous experience recruiting candidates for IT & Telecom area

· Sound knowledge of local employment laws and regulations

· Mature, independent and results oriented

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to drive change

· Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) for both written and verbal communications
