Purpose of the Job:
-Development of oil and water pump systems for the automotive industry;
-Technical bridge between engineering team,sales team;
-Technical support of sales team to approach new customer and lead technical solution for** business in China;
-Optimize product as required at **;
-Project coordination and management for development project.

Key Result Areas:
-Together with design team design oil pump and water pump;
-Support sales team in technical aspect to provide localized solutions;
-Support sales team in technical aspect to meet customer expectation and project timing;
-Support procurement team in communication with supplier by designer persective;

Main Tasks:
-Development of drafts, calculations and constructions which meet cunstomers requirements;
-Supervision of projects from prototype until start of production,
-Creation and administration of assembly, component and detail drawings;
-Coordination of project in collaboration with customers' contact people;
-Technical coordination of project with suppiler (material,heat treating...)
-Support and development of construction FMEA;
-Elaboration of test benched;
-Optimization of series product;
-Participation in project meetings with customers and suppliers;

Basic Requirement:
-Bachelor or above;
-R&D or Engineer experience;
-Experience of engine lubrication/cooling system design/development or engine development is preferred;
-3+ years working experience at engineer role in automotive related companies;
-Project excution experience;
-English mandatory with Mandarin preferred;
-Skilled with Microsoft Office applications;
-Able to use CAD related engineering/simulation software.
