RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Follow PSS AQL to implement the PSS Quality Assurance Workmanship Standard to cover the final inspection at Bypass/CFS.
2. Follow QC process to ensure that production matches the Gold Seal Sample and that the GSS is available and current/updated, to check the accurate of product information on quality works.
3. Keying in the tally sheet to the system upon conducting final inspection for each PO.
4. Issue QA Alert/ Hold after discussing with QC supervisor.
5. Ensure the lab test result is available for the final inspection disposition.
6. Performing the duties compliance to the Guiding Principle, Code of Conduct and Company’s Policy.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 7 years of work experience in footwear industry.
2. Understand and knowledge of a complete PSS Quality Assurance Standards.
3. Quality Orientation, Identifying and understanding issues, problems and opportunities at the final inspection process.
4. Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures.
5. Necessary knowledge in component testing materials, lab testing standards.
6. Decision Making – to discuss with QC supervisor base on the facts and to make the judgment
7. Details oriented and analysis skills.
8. High Integrity. Planning skills and time management skills.
9. Good communication skills.
10. English writing and speaking capabilities.
11. Proficient computer skill.
