Principal Accountabilities:

Cash Management and Bank Account Activity, Trade settlement, Bank Facility and Guarantees Administration

-Open/Close Bank Account, update BR/Signature Card and coordinate with bank on KYC check
-Ensure trade instructions to bank are prepared in a timely manner and signed by appropriate authorized signatories.
-Ensure intercompany facility agreements and trade instructions are signed by all appropriate parties.
-Perform independent trade (e.g., loan, overdraft, deposit and foreign exchange) confirmations
-Execute money market settlement, prepare payment request, and follow up payment process with bank
-Coordinate with banks/regional Treasury team for the reallocation of umbrella facility lines.
-Process guarantee application and renewal together with regional Treasury team
-Apply for SAFE approval for foreign debt, according to Regulatory Commission/Government Authority’s requirements

Internal Activity

-Pass NTJ to adjust entry
-Ensure tax obligation is fulfilled in a timely manner.
-Prepare internal tracking report periodically
-Maintain files of all documentation.

Bank Documentation

-Review and ensure all cash management documentation (i.e bank account opening terms and conditions, cash management products and electronic banking agreements) received from Banks is in accordance with Cargill acceptable standards and seek advice from Legal/Tax Dept before signing. Work with regional GTS team in Asia Pacific to achieve consistent negotiated bank account documentation.
-Review and ensure new/updated Bank Facility documentation, Foreign Exchange documentation (i.e. FX agreement, forward confirmation, representations letter)received from Banks is in compliance with Cargill acceptable standards. And liaise with GFG Trader, Bank Relationship Manager to ensure our Treasury/Legal/Tax Dept’s requirements are incorporated into new/updated documentation.

Education, Experience,Skills:
-University degree
-Above 1 years working experience in a financial market/banking / corporate treasury environment.
-Basic knowedge of China banking and financial markets. Understanding of accounting and tax implications of financing structures and decisions pertaining to the capital structure of Cargill entities. Basic Knowledge on treasury products and risk management is an advantage.
-Detail-oriented, Independent, responsible and self-motivated individual
-Excellent verbal and written Englisk skill,
-keen on reading intensive documents in both English and Chinese
-Good problem solving skills
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong team player
-Knowledge of SAFE/PBOC/CBRC regulations is advantage
