职位描述
Responsibilities:
· Plan, direct, deliver, follow and administer training program for Randstad China S&S staff;
· Standardize S&S training procedure, course & materials and ensure all of them are align with Training SOP;
· Advise all personnel in the implementation of S&S training policies, procedures and process;
· Keep abreast of training best practice and apply it to the Company where applicable;
· Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
· college degree or above, at least 5 years of experience in training, headhunting background is a must;
· Fluent in English (written and spoken);
· Good computer skills in MS office.
