Job Requirements:

· Manage the local R&D team
· Lead garment R&D style and package preparations to meet market and customer requirements
· Track world fashion elements, source and develop offer packages to customers as such
· People development, training and employee relations
· Collect international market information and research fashion trends
. Prepare showrooms and manager offer samples

Job Requests:
· Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent
· Preferably about 8 years experience in brand fashion design
· Excellent knowledge of international garment market
· Good sense of market trends
· Good business and management skills
· Willing to take initiative and able to perform tasks with minimum supervision
· Target oriented and willing to work under time pressure
· Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
