Job description
1.Executive communications
a) Be responsible of "CDL Director" (Lab VP) communication ID, and prepare communication letters for Lab VP
b) Plan and design the communication for Lab VP using new technology / tooling following WW communication trend
c) Provide professional advice to CDL senior executives about internal and external communication best practice.
d) Draft internal and external correspondences for Lab VP
2.Internal communications
a) Lead all hand meetings for Lab VP and GM at all sites
b. Lead to design and plan communication programs to support business strategy, talent development,
c) Foster and promote an inclusive and collaborative culture that value and supports the innovation and collaboration
d) Lead to build CDL image globally by telling CDL stories: top talents, best practices, customer wins, role models and so on
3.External communications
a) Lead to build up CDL Branding in the market place, to support Lab growth to a mission lab and attract talent to join IBM Development
b) Partner with IBM PR and Media to promote IBM technology and culture leverage Lab's talents and innovation
c) Support activities in the Lab to showcase the capabilities of CDL to the Media and the industry
