职位描述
Job Responsibilities
? Responsible for Operations of Office 365 products for China region, 24X7.
? Recover service availability during any incidents, major incidents for Office 365 Platform;
? Accountable for all major incidents, problems and change requests + process and their KPI;
? Facilitate all cross team, cross company communications and collaborations that involves Office 365 Operations;
? Manage a team of 10~20 senior operations engineers who support the leading technology of Microsoft cloud services, responsible for the team’s performance, morale and day-to-day work assignments;
? Be the point of contact in terms of operations with partners (Microsoft, Mindtree) and external customers when needed;
Experience, Skills and Competencies
? Proven working knowledge (5~8 yrs) of IT Operations in enterprise environment with deep hands-on knowledge of ITIL specifically Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management;
? Deep understanding on the construction and calculation of all kinds of KPIs and matrics of IT Operations;
? Be able to drive the incident communication and issue resolution collaborations across companies/teams and regions;
? Minimum 3 yrs of hands-on experience of system troubleshooting (Microsoft systems preferred)
? People management experience preferred (3 years)
Language:
? English as the working language is a must; (experience of working for/with foreign companies, preferred)
? Must be able to fluently commute in English (written + speaking);
? Proficiency in Chinese is preferred but not essential;
