1. 负责日常顾客查询和售后服务的意见及投诉处理；

2. 负责电邮或网站内顾客留言的及时回复及处理；

3. 对待客户充满热情、耐心，在配合公司制度的前提下让客人感受到最大的满意；

4. 整合意见及投诉处理报告，反映予管理层

要求：

1. 大专以上学历；

2. 口齿清晰，广东话标准；

3. 一年以上客服相关工作经验，有酒店前台、商场或零售客服等工作经验者优先考虑；

4. 善于正面沟通，有亲和力和责任心，具专业顾客服务精神。
