PRIMARY FUNCTION

Participates in Staffing, Shared service centre, Retention and Brand Management on set objectives. Responsible for some specific functions with minimal supervision.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Staffing:

Assist the staffing process, use appropriate recruiting methods and tools to drive applicant flow.

Conduct interview and update hiring status

2. Shared Service centre

Personnel documentation management

Support on employment management (Contract review and probation management)

Assist the team members' on-boarding process, check out process

Maintain and update HR database

3. Retention:

Enhances a Fast, Fun and Friendly work environment.

Continue Recognition Program for Award of Excellence on Area of Focus on quarterly and annually basis, monthly prize drawing at team meeting for Great Team Card Recognition.

Deliver effective and efficient Human Resources through continuous improvement of processes and systems.

4. Brand Management:

Continue build on International Grant program to increase team member participation and involvement in local community activities.

Continue support and build Target Brand Culture to execute Best Company Ever Initiatives through effective communication.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
• 3 years of Human Resources experience
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and values other inputs
• Good planning and organizing skills, attention to details and results-oriented
• Familiar with MS Office
• Willing to take challenge
