PRIMARY FUNCTION

Responsible for analyzing business needs and driving supply chain efficiencies that will improve lead time, container utilization and/or costs associated with Import Transportation and Distribution. In additional to driving supply chain efficiencies, key responsibilities entail collaborating with customs on site and providing first hand support to CMBL warehouse operation team, making sure day to day operations at the warehouse is in compliance with standard operating procedures. Execute implementation of key strategic business initiatives to drive network efficiencies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder with strong academic performance
• Minimum 6 years experience in Transportation, Logistics or Warehousing
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in English and Mandarin
• Ability to communicate and work with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Systems knowledge, including Microsoft applications
• Able to travel periodically
