职位描述：
通过页面图片、视觉内容，帮助客户直观的了解产品/服务，提高客户愉快便捷的购物体验；
任职要求：
1、负责电子商务平台界面设计及制作工作、通过良好的视觉传达与表现，增加品牌感染力，提高用户购物体验和效率；
2、页面图片设计及制作，增加产品感染力，提供用户购物体验，提高用户购买效率；
3、负责网站相关内容、专题或活动的美术设计、创意及制作；
4、协助市场部完成相关线下推广及活动内容的美术设计及制作；
5、与产品部门配合，共同提升网站的视觉表现力及易用性，跟踪产品效果，提出设计改善方案；
6、制定、实施及改进设计工作流程和规范；
个人素质要求：
1. 1年以上WEB设计工作经验，有电子商务网站设计经验者优先
2、熟悉网页制作，能与WEB前端工程师紧密配合；有一定用户体验与交换设计经验；
3、对电子商务类网站的界面及用户交互设计有一定的经验和理解者优先；
4. 精通Photoshop，Illustrator，等平面设计软件，熟练使用Flash者优先
5、具有扎实的美术功底和良好的视觉构思能力，对色彩有深刻的把握力，有审美力；
6、对设计趋势有较强的敏感度，具备开阔的眼界；
7、热爱设计、拥有一定的行业（平面设计、UI设计、互联网）视野；
8、有强大的执行力与强烈的创新欲望，富有激情、积极主动、关注细节、学习能力强
9、责任心强，具有较好的团队合作意识；
