GENERAL FUNCTION

To monitor and supervise the Planning and Operations team and make sure the policy and system is well taken care and accomplished with assistance of CPO and under the supervisory of Manager or Director of Pan Asia Planning and Operations.

PRIMARY DUTIES

l Work with vendors and obtain needed capacity based on forecast/demand.

l Monitor factory’s OTP (On Time Performance) based on actual booking and work with relative departments to prevent potential delays.

l Generate reports of factory’s performance and brand scorecard.

l Make sure the team maintain the system update and generate the required report in timely manager.

l Work together with team to solve the problem or bring up to the director for problem solving.

l Monitor team member’s performance and adjust the responsible accounts where necessary.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

l 5+ years of trading and in footwear industry

l Fluent English both speaking and writing.

l Good personality.

l Strong ability in problem solving as a team leader.
