职位描述
岗位职责
1、专业人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、跟踪订单的生产进度，安排产品的发货；
3、负责样品的申请、收集及分发，接待客户等销售辅助工作；
4、负责对帐及催收货款工作；
5、组织进行客户投诉或退货的处理，并将结果反馈给办事处或客户。
任职资格
1、大专以上学历，国际贸易类或英语相关专业；
2、2年以上相关领域跟单操作工作经验
3、熟悉贸易跟单操作流程，了解相关供应市场；
4、具备较强的英语能力及电脑操作技巧；
5、具有团队精神，较强的沟通、谈判能力，责任心强。
