销售主管
主要职责 Key Responsibilities：
-根据公司和大区指令，建立和贯彻区域内市场拓展策略；
-完成年度销售指标、销售网点数指标，零售管理目标；
-建立和培训业务队伍，向下属和公司客户有效传达公司销售政策；
-管理区域经销商队伍，根据生意发展需要进行适度整合；
-管理相关销售费用：包括合理分配、使用审定并跟踪执行等；
-管理区域销售队伍，包括各类指标分解、资源分配、团队激励及培养等；
-管理当地重点客户，对于当地地关键客户，建立明确的销售及基础面计划、促销执行和业务回顾系统。
职位要求 Requirements
-3年以上快速消费品市场管理经验（包括一线销售、项目管理、培训、团队管理）
-对目标市场有极强的敏感度，熟悉行业及消费者行为；
-具备良好的内外部沟通能力，对各部门及客户能够施加专业影响力；
-有良好的团队合作精神，能在压力下完成目标；
-能够自我激励并富有创造力。
