职位名称: Manager / Team Lead (AP / AR / GL)

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure team’s management including coaching, training, motivation and performance appraisal guidance

- Ensure good relationships with vendors/ credit management team / retained staff on a proactive basis

- Supportthe respective teams in the resolution of difficult questions

- Develop and report on KPIs

- Supervise daily posting of payment / receipt of invoices;

- Monitor the appropriate sign-off of invoices

- Administer the availability of the APWF / Ticketing system for all participating clients

- Ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements

- Ensure alignment with Asian standards in this work and implement common processes wherever possible

- Generate ideas for driving progress within the area of responsibility within the common scope of Financial Shared Services to ensure high quality and efficient work

- Effectively manage, develop and train and control the respective team

- Ensure accurate and timely regular reporting (monthly, quarterlyand annual) for internal and external customers

- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement

- During transitions:

- Ensure proper preparation and ensure deliverables from team

- Ensure proactive/positive cooperation with local teams during &after transition

- Ensure that all processes are fully implemented in-house before sign-off

Key Relationships:

- Taking direction from the Head of Financial Accounting

- Dalian and FSS retained Staff

- Customers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Able to read, write and communicate fluently in English and Mandarin/Cantonese(Level 5 per ISS language scale)

- Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools

- 3 or more years experience in use of SAP FI

- 3 or more years’ experience in use of Workflow

- Excellent understanding and experience with VAT processing

- Enthusiastic and results-driven

- Self-motivated and a team player

- Strong customer focus as the basis of our business

- Management skills and effective communicator

- International mindset

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- University degree

- Minimum of 6years of relevant experience in a similar functionfor a multi-national company

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in supervising large teams in an internationalsetting

- Best knowledge of the business needs, company rules, law and tax requirements and accounting

- Standards (previous financial accounting experience is required)

- Internationally recognized accounting qualification
