职位名称: Accountant

Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities:

- Day to day operations in respective area

- Handling of customer and vendor queries

- Checking of master data changes; creating and maintaining master data

- (AR) Posting of income receipts; compiling, entering, and posting of invoices and credit notes; cash application; inventory accounting

- (AP) Posting of incoming invoices and credit notes; handling of documents within workflow; reconciling of interim accounts / goods in transit invoices; processing of payment runs

- (General Ledger) perform and support period end closing; checking chart of accounts changes; bank reconciliations; posting of fixed asset additions, disposals, reconciliations and reporting

- (Retail) Handling and clearing of store cash; GR/IR analysis and release; reconciling of interim accounts/ goods in transit invoices

- Performing quality checks on the work output

- Adherence to service levels

- Adherence to policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools

- Ability to work with several support tools (SAP, TX Shuttle, etc.)

- Knowledge of SAP FI a plus

- Excellent understanding and experience with VAT processing

- Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting(Level 4 per ISS language scale)

- Good keyboarding and data entry speed

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to pay close attention to detail

- Problem solving and analytical skills

- Self-motivated and self-directed individual

- Good communication skills / good team player

- Ability/willingness to travel (2 to 6 weeks periods) abroad

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- High school degree or equivalent experience, preferable in accounting or business

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the area of accounting

- Direct functional experience
