职位名称: Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities:

- Direct support to Team Lead in operational supervision of the Team

- Problem identification and resolution proposal

- Identify process harmonization or improvement opportunities

- Day to day operations in respective areas, including:

- monitoring of work / ticket allocation;

- handling of vendor / customer queries; checking of master data maintenance; posting of incoming receipts or outgoing payments;

- (AR) compiling, entering, and posting of invoices and credit notes; cash application against invoices or interim accounts;

- (AP) handling documents within workflow; uploading / processing of invoices ; reconciling of interim accounts/ goods in transit invoices; processing payment runs;

- (GL) perform and support period end processing and ad-hoc tasks relating to GL

- update and maintain desktop procedures

- Adherence to service levels

- Adherence to policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools

- Ability to work with several support tools (SAP, TX Shuttle, etc.)

- Profound knowledge in the use of SAP FI through proven work experience

- Proven work experience in use of SAP MM

- Experience in use of Workflow

- Excellent understanding and experience with VAT processing

- Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting(Level 5 per ISS language scale)

- Good keyboarding and data entry speed

- Ability to work independently

- Problem solving and analytical skills

- Self-motivated and self-directed individual

- Good communication skills / good team player

- Ability to pay close attention to detail

- Ability/willingness to travel (2 to 6 weeks periods) abroad

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- High school degree or equivalent experience, preferable in accounting or business

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the area of accounting

- Direct functional experience
