Reporting to:
Wind Energy Technology Center Manager

Travelling:
Regular travel to visit new and potential customers in China and in overseas

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical expertise to customer in early phase of blade test requests and technical services requests
+ Support and drive the acquisition of new customers projects (blade tests and technical services related to wind turbine)
+ Regular travel to visit new and potential customers in China and in overseas
+ Communicate with clients to understand their needs and develop solution to assist them to meet their goals
+ Helping to develop customer-specific technical services and designing conceptual solutions
+ Showing the value of SGS service to potential clients
+ Develop client quotations and engaging in test slot strategy planning of blade tests together with internal team
+ Support Global Sales, negotiation of sales activities and closing of contacts
+ Marketing activities such as wind exhibitions, client seminars and development of marketing material
+ Key Account management and development of long-term relationships with customers in the wind energy industry
+ Training and preparation of support material for other members of the commercial team

Requirements:
+ University degree of engineering with mechanical background, e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Energy System Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with minor in Engineering
+ Master degree of engineering with mechanical background is preferred
+ First experience in business development
+ Basic knowledge of mechanics
+ Experience in working directly with customers and sales team
+ Basic knowledge of commercial and technical services process
+ Good knowledge of project management
+ Experience in wind industry
+ Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
+ Minimum 5 years working experience in technical function with commercial interface, e.g. project manager or technical sales
+ Experience in international work or business environment is preferred
+ Experience in business development is preferred
+ Basic i lighweight structure or composite materials or structural dynamics
+ International experience and business practice helpful
+ Mechanical Engineering, Energy System Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial
+ Engineering, Business Administration with minor in Engineering
+ Strong interest in business development or technical services
+ Desired to acquire technical knowledge and develop commercial solutions in the market + Initiative and clear communication
+ Independent working style
+ Proven presentation skills
+ Commitment to quality and integrity
+ Keeping deadlines, reliable
+ Proven oral, reading and writing skills in English and team communication skills
