Salary:

Location:
Tianjin, China

Reporting to:
Customer Service Director

Travelling:
About 20% to 30%

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Project team formation and management
+ Customers SCORE CARD management
+ Customer visits and customer review
+ Customers emergency event handling
+ Customers'business situation analysis
+ Customers'budget analysis
+ Coordinating Customers' internal affairs
+ Customers daily quote
+ Project bidding and solution prospect
+ Customer information collection and sharing
+ Depth marketing
+ Possible projects' start work

Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree
+ 5 yeas experience in Logistic Business especially focus in Customer Services function
+ Previous working experience in domestic logistic business is preferred
+ Strong knowledge of Customs clearance
+ Basic knowledge of Business Management , strategic development concept and the concept of project management
+ Strong organization and coordination and analysis capability
+ Prefer good service consciousness with good understanding of domestic logistic market and business
+ Has good coordination ability with different departments and good communication ability with clients.
+ Fluent written and spoken Chinese Mandarin and English
+ Willing to work and live in Tianjin, China
+ Willing to travel frequently within China
