Job Title: Helpdesk Manager, ERP
Location: Tianjin
Position Specification:
Manage JDE Finance Helpdesk to support China users on system issue resolution and change request processing and IT Control requirements, and achieve Customer Satisfaction Target.
Basic Accountabilities:
· Manage operation issue resolution process for JDE Finance users.
· Comply with company IT Control Policies & Procedures as well as SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements in managing system change request and approval processes, such as user access / transfer / termination, R&R matrix, master records, database and application changes.
· Manager regular & ad-hoc JDE application test prior to Server & PC (Personal Computer) patch update, tests for Database / Tool Release upgrading and DR drills.
· Meet Customer Satisfaction Target.
· Prepare JDE Finance Helpdesk Dashboard Report on a monthly basis and other ad-hoc reports.
· Prepare and follow up quarterly JDE user account review process.
· Control documentation per SOX / Internal Control requirement & for audit purposes.
Qualification Requirement:
? Education: Bachelor Degree or above major in Information Technology or Finance / Accounting.
? Experience: 3-5 years IT/ERP.
