Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Analyst, Greater China
Location: Shanghai

Principal Accountabilities
1. Functional Expertise:
-Responsible for Compensation & Benefits related data analysis for both internal and external benchmark, so that to support organization's reward strategy design/implementation;
-Serve as internal consultant to provide compensation suggestions based on BU/Function request. Responsible for salary recommendations (offer proposals) for new hires to support BU/Function compensation decisions;
-Responsible for China, Hong Kong, Taiwan annual salary adjustment country guideline release and handle inquiries rasied by BU/Function about market climates, equity pay etc.
-Work closely with Greater China Compensation & Benefits Manager on compensation projects, benefits programs which have long range impact to Cargill in period of designs, communication, implementations and post evaluations. Work independently on internal/external data analysis for those projects and programs. Able to independently handle small analysis-based projects for specific BU/Function;
-Support annual market zone data processing in Asia Pacific level;
-Potentially to participant in Corporate/Asia Pacific compensation & benefits related projects
Government/Company Policy Compliance
-Track and update government new policies/regulations, highlight implications to BU/Function as an internal consultant;
-Propose practical solutions on how Cargill could react to newly announced policies/regulations.
Operations
-Act as a key contact person when working with corporate compensation team, be responsible for annual compensation surveys and other ad-hoc surveys in Greater China;
-Responsible for Shanghai & Beijing office employees' annual health check;
-Responsible for commercial insurance contract annual renewal with the support of insurance brokers, handle ad-hoc critical claim issues.
Communication:
-New Hire Introduction on C&B policies/process;
-Phone calls/ emails/ (respond C&B related inquires raised by BU/Function/AP&Corporate Comp)


Education
1. Bachelor Degree.

Experience
1. Minimum 5 years of HR experience in multi-national companies, in which at least 3 years experience in compensation & benefits sub-function.

2. Excellent Analysis skill-set
3. Drive for result in an effective and timely manner
4. Able to work independently under pressure
5. Mature in personality
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin
