职位描述
1、大学本科及以上学历，成本、造价、土木工程等相关专业毕业；
2、五年以上相关工作经验，其中三年以上全成本管理工作经验，具有房企相关工作经验优先；
3、熟知房地产行业运营和管理，工程造价，熟练掌握房地产项目开发的全过程成本管理的理论和实务，有较强的成本分析能力；
4、为人诚实正直，工作态度严谨认真，有高度的责任心，成本意识强，有良好的职业操守和工作原则；
5、持造价工程师资格者优先。
