1、工民建、土木工程等相关专业本科以上学历，五年以上房地产公司或设计院工程技术、设计管理经验，中级以上结构工程师证书；
2、熟悉结构设计规范及施工要求，能独立从事结构专业设计审图工作，能独立解决现场技术问题；
3、熟练使用CAD制图软件及土建结构计算软件，有知名房地产工作经验者优先。
