The purposes of this position are:
岗位目的

The brief has already been defined by the business partner and responsible design manager. At this point, you guide the development of the design ideas in the project from basic product concepts through to fully worked out design solutions. As a member of the project team, you contribute to the project by stimulating the creative process with new ideas and input (e.g. visualizations and simulations), affecting the project and outcome. Your sub-role is as project leader on content issues, where, for example, you are responsible for guiding the creation of models and for the assessment of these models, as relevant and as showing added value to the project and, ultimately, the client.

designing and realizing design solutions for CL-KA propositions, on basis of the agreed design brief and on professional orientation, in delegated contact with the business partners and in close consultation with the creative lead, leading to ‘winning designs’.
working within the context of the given Philips Design policy with a high level of independence
participating in defining the briefing for the projects to be handled by you
participating together with the design manager / art director in defining budget for the project
preparing specifications for internal and external services
preparing and maintaining the relevant documentation
assuming responsibility for an identifiable portion of the project
Job Requirements & Skills

Masters / Bachelors degree in Product Design

· Experience工作经验
minimum of 5-6 years experience
