The purposes of this position are:

· This position is OHC dedicated and works within a full stream team of CMM, MM and DP sales, commercial operation and finance. Develop and drive distribution & commercial strategy for primarily DP channel, with the potential to include HCP channels of other H&W new businesses
· Secure 15% -18% sales with over 25% YOY OHC business growth

· Dental Distributors: Manage and develop distributor, push their Sell in to meet deployed sales targets

ü Drive distributor sell in for category OHC
Coordinate with DP sales team and distributor in account analysis/sales projections and push sales order to meet deployed sales targets
ü Commercial policies to strengthen distributor management
Work with channel/regional mgr to develop and adjust distributor rebate and other commercial arrangement in order to meet channel objectives
Assist MM on DP PWF and promotion programs
ü Manage accuracies of sales forecast and secure supply
Together with regional mgrs accountable for demand plan and forecast accuracies.
ü Maintain database integrity and perform sales analysis
Together with regional mgrs, accountable for data integrity & accuracies of customer database, customer order, sell in, sell through and stock information
ü Support new channel development
Responsible for G2M commercial activation of Zoom and potentially pain management category.
Job Requirements & Skills
岗位要求
·Education学历: Bachelor degree or above,Dental or Medical is preferred.
·Experience工作经验:Min. 5 years dental/medical sales experience, at least 2 years sales management in related categories;DentalMaterial/oral care product channel sales experience is preferred.
· Competency and Skills能力和技能:Fair level of verbal and written English,able to write and execute marketing plans
·Travel Frequency出差频率:每月5天以左右的出差
