Job description
1 Customer and Margin Management
Distributor &key Account Plans established and maintained(Including
Product ranging Distributor Targets, Incentive plans);
Monthly customer Business reviews ;
Complete Quarterly business reviews with key customers;
Maximize net contribution per tonne to a minimum of budgeted target by managing Category mix,range extensions and NPD launches;
Achievement of specified key account/Distributor objectives;
Market intelligence/feedback;
Support Marketing initiatives including all pricing strategies;
Drive execution as per account plans;
Implement Pricing strategy including all pricing strategies;
Drive execution as per account plans ;
Implement Pricing strategy initiatives for distributors and end users;
Manage promotional activity for Area ;
Execute National account objectives as agreed with National Account Manager;
2 Cost and Process Management :
Enter orders and obtain payments per operational requirements;
Achieve Forecast Accuracy of 95%;
To submit accurate and timely pricing and promotion submissions ;
Drive continual improvement Customer order patterns ;
Ensure compliance to all China law, requirements criteria;
3Innovation and Business Development:
Execute new product launch plans as agreed with marketing ;
Secure incremental business /volume ,opportunities as per agreed targets.
Requirements:
1 Business/Technical Skills.(eg.computing ,negotiating ,leadership,
Project management):
Demonstrated negotiation skills;
Account management experience;
Proven leadership ability and coaching skills;
Broad understanding of the Commercial, Food Service or Bakery markets;
Broad understanding of fats and oils industry ,including current trend and developments;
Understanding of technical aspects of fats and oils;
2 Experience(Technical and Behavioural):
Demonstrated leadership ability, including individual coaching;
Account planning experience ;
Experience within food service environment, either ,with customers, or In an end user capacity.
