职位描述
1. Purpose of the role
This position reports to China Logistics Manager. The major task is to manage and control cross-country regional 3PL warehouses operations to ensure inventory accuracy in order to reach supply chain targets and satisfactory logistics service. Helps the line manager to do 3PL sourcing.
2. Scope of the role
Reporting to China Logistics Manager, this position will be logistics department’s key player with an ability to think globally and act locally. One 3PL Mgmt supervisor/specialist directly report to this position.
3. Main accountabilities and responsibilities
1. Design and implement warehouse footprint to balance cost and service level in a most optimized way.
? Market warehouse spending accrual and payment request verification. And analyze spending, provide improvement action and following up
? Collect customer requirements and monitor service level for each warehouse and facilitate improvements.
2. Inventory management
? Stock accuracy monitoring
? Ageing report by month
? Work with marketing group people to clean up returns, scraps and slow movers
? Align with sales about forecast and update safety stock setting
3. Information system
? On time booking all transactions in SAP, and make sure that all related people trust and use the same information source.
? Facilitate process to launch SAP B1
? Standardize the process for warehouse operation and 3PLs.
4. Experience and background requirements
？ Bachelor degree
？ Over 10 years warehouse and/or supply chain is required
5. Technical / specialized knowledge
Functional knowledge ? Hands on warehouse operation experience
? Longer term cost and benefit analysis
? ERP know-how
Business expertise Excellent Networks in the industry/sector
Experience in manufacturing industry and FMCG industry is a plus
Leadership Team management experience
Problem solving act as a warehouse management expert by providing cost-effective solutions and troubleshooting solutions
Nature and area of impact Functional expert
Communication skills Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
