职位描述

Our client is a leading multinational company in the FMCG industry. To support the rapid business growth and organizational growth, they are looking for a eBusiness Manager to develop and manage their e-business activities in China.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

This position is reporting to Sales Director. The eBusiness Manager is responsible for the efficient usage of multiple electronic and eBusiness mediums to provide accurate information and offerings to all current and potential business partners. It will play a key role in ensuring that develop strategies and execute corresponding tactics to grow eBusiness sales on key customer/reseller web sites and improve overall customer experience.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead company’s efforts to develop industry-leading capabilities for consumer E-business across China market, direct and intermediated distribution.
2. Publish multi-year roadmap for implementation.
3. Work with digital marketing/marketing sales practitioners and logistics to understand business needs and business strategies.
4. Enrich online strategy and ensure the company had the right e-business platforms, tools, and practices to increase the brand awareness and sales
5. Build the capability for planning and execution for the company brands with E-business consumers
6. Integrate E-business programs with consumer Marketing promotions

MAIN TASKS

1. The primary responsibility of the program manager is to translate brands’ eBusiness requirements and functional specifications
2. Day to Day Operations (including monitoring, issue resolution, and standard maintenance), Enhancements (including trading partner mandates), supporting discretionary eBusiness Projects, and Continuous Improvement
3. Execute business processes and systems to understand eBusiness requirements and implement new initiatives.
4. Develop standard and custom eBusiness functionality and be responsible for technical specifications and supervising implementation of complex eBusiness projects.


JOB KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
List the specific knowledge, skills, qualification and or experience required to competently performing the job.

1. Educational/professional qualifications PREFERRED:
? Education: University Graduate
? CET ( College English Test) >6, good in written and oral
? IT skill: MS office, Excel and Power point

2. Experience required:-
? Proven and measurable experience in driving aggressive revenue results via direct-to-consumer E-business distribution channels.
? Minimum of 3 to 5 years of previous China Internet marketing experience.
? Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Familiar with e-commerce, internet connectivity, web development and network operations
? Possess excellent negotiation and time management skills
? Proficient in developing procedures of website analysis and website development
? Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
? Goal oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
