职位描述
Our client is a leading multinational company in the FMCG industry. To support the rapid business growth and organizational growth, they are looking for qualified candidates for the following position.
POSITION OBJECTIVES
The position’s main responsibilities include comprehensive development of the market in the assigned region, organization and implementation of market promotional plans, and achievement of the regional sales targets and profit targets.
KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
? Follow established regional development strategic plan, channel development plan, and market promotional strategy, to organize and implement budgeted expenditure/ profit plan, adjust and improve the regional development strategy and channel planning;
? Adjust and improve market promotional strategies, and improve product development strategy, customer development strategies, as well as expenditure/profit planning.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Rational allocation of sales targets;
? Rational allocation of budget;
? Reasonably organise and coach subordinates, assign reasonable KPIs, and manage the arrangement and implementation of all projects or special activities;
? Organise the preparation and submission of weekly, monthly, and periodic regional sales reports to the Sales Director;
? Consolidate monthly sales information’s collection, collation and analysis, and report to the Sales Director;
? Improve cost management;
? Improve the processing of various sales information, including forecasting and customer data collection;
? Identify regional channel development plans and programs, and submit to the Sales Director for approval;
? Monitor progress of channel development in the regional, make regular visits to key customers, provide support and services to the region’s channel development efforts;
? Check the regional channel development process and progress, conduct monthly business review with subordinates to strengthen and improve the services and support;
? Coach and develop the team within the assigned region to ensure long term success of the company;
? Develop regional quarterly promotional plans, submit to Trade Marketing team for approval;
? Develop regional monthly promotion programs, supervise their implementation to ensure the achievement of targets;
? Identify regional product expansion opportunities and adjustments necessary;
? Develop proposals for product structure and lifecycle management solutions for the region.
QUALIFICATIONS
? Mature personality who has the ambition to build and lead the team to achieve excellent performance in the assigned region.
? Willing to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
? Degree qualified in business, marketing or similar
? Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin,
? Good presentation and communication skills;
? More than 10 years sales experience in multi-national FMCG corporation is preferred.
